Just finished “50 Days Before My Suicide”. Being a teen is sucks. Especially when your parents are so selfish that they put in only their problems and stop noticing their child. The book is not bad. The problems raised in the book are quite up-to-date for teens: conflicts with parents and teachers, broken homes, first love, drugs, alcohol and so on.

And we see how this problem involve on the main character. By the way, in my opinion the strongest part of this book is the change of the character. The girl in the beginning of the story and the girl she’s become in the end are so opposite. And in this way we see the growing up of her. Another curious part is a love story of the character. Till the end of the story I had some doubts about the one she stays with.
And still I don’t quite understand her feelings. Maybe it was the author’s notion not to show her feelings clearly (so she wanted to demonstrate the frivolous attitude of teenagers). In general the characters are described very vividly, the dialogues are funny, the language is easy and all if this let the reader to enjoy the process of reading. To my mind such book are good for older generation as well. Reading such books helps parent to have an idea of life their children have.
